I just got done watching all of Season 1. I checked it out from the library and I have to say even though there were a few episodes I didn't care for, I thoroughly enjoyed it! ;D
With that said I have to say that I really loved the interviews with Larry, Barbara and Bill. It was wonderful to see. You could see how close they still are after all these years. How often can you say that about other stars on other shows, not very often I'm afraid.
I loved what Barbara said to Larry about working wit him, it really brought tears to my eyes and made my heart flutter.
"I have never worked with anyone that has fit my timing as well as yours. That didn't come from rehearsal, that came from something natural. I have never worked with anyone whom I have felt so comfortable or real with."
When Barbara first said that Larry started to laugh but then Barbara said, "No, I'm serious."
"You know it's because I love you." Larry said.
"No, it's more than that." and then she went on to say the above.
They held hands a little bit and called each other honey. It was so sweet.
Bill was saying how enamored and overwhelmed he was to be working with Larry and Barbara. He still can't believe it to this day. He really felt lucky to work with them. He kept saying how beautiful and real Barbara was during the show and still is. It was nice.
Barbara did talk about Matthew a little bit and you could tell she still had a little difficulty talking about him even today. She called herself the "walking tent" when she had to wear the extra veils when she was pregnant with him. It was so cute because she had found out she was pregnant the day that the show was picked up.
What fascinated me the most was the fact that she went back to being tiny again after having him. She was just absolutely beautiful and even though she is showing her age, she is still beautiful.
It was just really great viewing all the way around. It really made me feel good to know how close they all still are. That is what makes IDOJ so unique and special. I know it will always be to me. ;D
