Has anyone noticed that some of the episode soundtracks on the season 2 DVD have been changed? I noticed it the other day. On some episodes it's minor changes like music, but on the episode I just watch (My master, the poor civilian) it was the whole thing! They had completely added in different music, that was very unjeannie, put in new sounds effects and left other original sound effects out! I was very dissapointed, it didn't feel like an original episode of IDoJ. How could Sony just change things for no reason. Aren't there laws against protecting the producers original image? If I were Sydney Sheldon I would be furious
It was ridiculous, some of the sound effects sounded like they came from a 80s pinball machine!
Anyone know why Sony chose, in thier usual infinite wisdom, chose to edit classic TV? You can't just change someone else vision. I'm sure that they didn't spend hours editing the episodes carefully to have some idiot paste 'pings' and 'biongs' randomly over it with a laugh track that sounds like it came from a Seinfield episode. Haven't they heard of integrity to the artist?
