I loved this episode! I have it on DVD and I watch it constantly but I have a few questions about the episode.
1. When we first see Roger Tony and Jeannie, they are at Tony's house. Tony is sitting on the arm of the couch looking at some papers. Roger and Jeannie are sitting on the couch next to each other. Jeannie is wearing a really pretty yellow dress with stripes on it.
If they are at home with nobody else around why wouldn't Jeannie be wearing her harem costume?
2. When James Ashley shows up, Jeannie doesn't blink out and Tony introduces her to him. Normally when there is company Jeannie blinks out and hides somewhere. Why wouldn't she this time?
3. After they all get to England and go to "Tony's house" Mr. Ashley doesn't question Tony and Jeannie's relationship. He doesn't say anything if they are married or whatever. It is not normal for two people to be living together if they aren't married and he never asked.
4. Mr. Ashley tried to pick up the suitcases, but he couldn't because they were too heavy. Jeannie picked them up with no problem. Wouldn't he have questioned that? No woman Jeannie's size could pick up those heavy suitcases as easily as she did.
5. After the "hauntings" started Jeannie wanted to leave but Tony told her they were staying. If Jeannie really wanted to leave, she could have, all she had to do was blink them home, but she didn't. Why didn't she?
6. After the fat guy showed up claiming he was the owner of the house Tony asked him who sold him the house he said Edward Ashley. In the beginning of the episode he called himself James Ashley. Which is it? James or Edward?
The things I like about this episode was:
1. Jeannie had a carrying case for her bottle. I thought that was so neat! Kind of like an RV for a genie.
2. I also liked when Jeannie said "I think I am going to sleep in my bottle." I loved the way she said it and how she hurriedly grabbed her bottle case and took her bottle out and set it down. It was so funny! ;D
3. Another thing I liked was when Jeannie kissed Tony before she turned to smoke to go into her bottle to sleep. It was so sweet.
4. When the chandelier almost fell on them and Jeannie jumped into Tony's arms was really sweet. He just held her and she put her face into his chest. Awww.
5. I also liked the part when Jeannie told Tony that she believed in ghosts and Tony said he didn't and then she said: "Do you not believe in genies?" LOL. She had a point there.
I really liked this episode but there were some things I had to question. If anyone can help me out, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! ;D
