Hi this is my first post and one I have wanted to do for some time
My story took place some 40 years ago I was around 5 or 6 at the time
When a Childs dream came true, my parents owned an Animal park in Sydney Australia when one day before school the phone ring and it was someone attached to Barbara Eden’s people and as there where in Sydney they would like to visit that afternoon and we were not to tell any one Of her visit this was pointed out to all the brother and sisters before going to school in the strictest of terms, well how long can a child of 5 or 6 keep it to himself that would be like 6 hours of pain.
In fact the first 5 hours went well but needless to say in the last hour things got out of hand, returning home that afternoon I was starting to worry about what I had done and what was going to happen, this was pushed well back in my mind as after all Barbara Eden was coming to my place .
Later that afternoon I was inside the park when some of the kids I went to school with came in this started to worry me and remembering the warnings we were given that morning some panic was setting in, so the best thing was to get them out of here so I took them the main entry where we could wait out front and hopefully away from my parents, well as I got to the main entry My heart jumped out of my boady ther was 400 kids out the front, Hell am I in trouble big time I had never seen the front entry packed like that ever there was kids all the way back to the road and a large group of parents standing in the carpark now my mind raced to a new fear What if she doesn’t come my school life is toast.
